FAQs

Safe, convenient care urgent care

Can you write prescriptions?

Yes! All of our clinicians are licensed in South Carolina to write all classes of prescriptions. We can e-prescribe  to the pharmacy of your choice. We responsibly may write controlled medication ONLY for acute injuries not to exceed 3 day supply. We do not write for long-term controlled substances.

Does anyone else come with the clinician?

Most of the time. We usually send an LPN, RMA (registered medical assistant) or paramedic along with the Provider.

Are your clinicians experienced?

Yes! All of our clinicians have at least 3 years of clinical experience in the ER and/or urgent Care. We also subject them to a rigorous credentialing process.

What if you are on a call already?

If we are currently serving another patient, we will give you an estimate of our arrival time. You may also choose to come to our office!

What if I need an X-Ray?

 If our clinician feels you need an x-ray or ultrasound performed, we can perform a mobile X-Ray right in your house, condo, or business! 

Are your clinicians licensed?

YES! All of our clinicians are fully licensed and credentialed in the State of South Carolina. 

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance, but we can give you a receipt which shows diagnosis codes and procedure codes to send to your insurance company to be applied towards your deductible or receive reimbursement.

Do you transport patients?

No, we do not transport or transfer patients

Can I be treated in your vehicle?

No, Most patients prefer we come into their home or condo.

Do you have an office?

Yes, we have an office for those patients outside our coverage area or if you are uncomfortable with us coming to you.
